NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross reported no new bugs.

IBISCHK development:
Bob Ross said the vote to spend $17,500 for IBISCHK 7.1.0 development would be held
in the Open Forum. Bob wanted to check the contract one more time and send it to the
developer for signature. Bob showed the contract draft. The section on BIRD211.2 had
an additional sentence saying interaction checks may be added between Tx_Impulse_Input
and Repeater_Type, etc. Bob said Tx_Impulse_Input would be required if Repeater_Type was
present. Mike LaBonte said IBIS lacked explicit statements on conditional requirements,
just saying "Required: No ...", when in fact the syntax might be required under some
circumstances Bob noted we had a similar situation with Modulation, which made other
PAM4 parameters required if present.

AR: Bob Ross to finalize IBISCHK 7.1.0 contract and send for signature

TSCHK201 development:
Mike LaBonte showed the -help output of tschk 2.0.1, which had changed previously
recommended. Randy Wolff noted the default 15 digit precision made the frequency column
easy to see. Bob suggested adding the precision information lines to the file as a
comment, rather than sending them to stderr. Mike said it might be confusing if those
lines were present in the file and it was not known that the file came from tschk201.
Randy suggested adding a comment to the file naming tschk2 as the source of the file.
He also suggested adding the precision comments below the first line, not just before
the network parameters. Mike asked if the source file should be named in the comments.
He noted that some users might not want the names of intermediate files exposed.
All agreed.

The format with the -compact option had alignment spaces between the header columns.
Randy felt those should be suppressed in compact mode.

Mike said he did not change the printing of noise parameters, that would ignore all
of the new options. Bob said those were used primarily by microwave engineers, and
they should not be touched.

Lance Wang asked what Linux OS was used. Mike said he compiled on Debian 10, but he
could compile of RHEL 7.

AR: Mike LaBonte to update tschk2.0.1 based on feedback

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
  - BIRD181.2
  - IBISCHK security fixes

Randy Wolff moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.
